PTA's Policies and Procedures Regarding COVID-19 Read More
Dear patients and families,
We strive to provide you with the safest environment possible for your child’s therapy. To that end, our staff would like to update you regarding the extra precautions we are taking due to COVID-19.
PTA is a wellness clinic. If you or your child(ren) are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please cancel your appointment and stay home.
At this time, we are limiting attendance to the patient only whenever possible. One parent/caregiver may accompany children under 2 and those for whom it is necessary. Siblings are not permitted in the clinic at this time. Our waiting room areas are currently CLOSED. When you arrive, please call the office to inform the administrative staff of your arrival and to render your copay. Your therapist will greet you outside and bring your child into the building for their appointment.
All adults and children over age 2 MUST wear a mask in our clinic unless therapeutically contraindicated. If you do not have a mask for yourself or your child, one will be provided for you.
Your therapist will take your child’s temperature, and will direct and assist with appropriate hand washing before and after each therapy session.
All treatment materials and clinical spaces will be thoroughly sanitized between patients per CDC sanitation guidelines.
We look forward to continuing to provide our patients and their families with high-quality medical care. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at 919-781-4434.
