Volunteer Inquiry

If you are interested in volunteering with Pediatric Therapy Associates, please submit this form and one of our therapists will contact you if we have opportunities available.  While we welcome all applicants, please note that due to the large number of individuals interested in volunteering with us, priority will be given to student volunteers at the undergraduate and graduate level who are currently enrolled in programs related to pediatric therapy.  We especially appreciate volunteers for our summer programs.  Thank you!
