Kim Nunn, M.S., CCC-SLP

Kim graduated from North Carolina State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders and completed her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at East Carolina University in 2005. Since graduating, Kim has worked at Pediatric Therapy Associates providing services in natural environments, in pre-schools, and in the clinic setting. She has experience evaluating and treating a variety of diagnoses in pediatrics including receptive and expressive language delays, articulation and phonology disorders, apraxia of speech, feeding and oral-motor dysfunction, and fluency disorders.  Kim has worked with a variety of diagnoses including autism, Down syndrome, developmental delays, learning disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and auditory processing disorder.  Kim has also completed a comprehensive training course and has become certified in the Ortan-Gillingham Reading Methodology. 

Kim provides speech-language services in our Wake Forest office.  She and her husband live in Wake Forest with their two little boys and Golden Retriever.  In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling to the beach, shopping, and reading.
