Bethany Darragh, MS, OTR/L

Bethany obtained a Bachelor of Family and Consumer Science Degree in Dietetics at the University of Georgia in 2008.  During her time at UGA, she discovered a passion for children with special needs while working at an overnight camp for children with developmental disabilities in Mt.Airy, GA.  Bethany obtained a Master of Allied Health Science in Occupational Therapy at the Medical College of Georgia in 2010.  During her graduate studies, she had the opportunity to complete a clinical rotation at Interactiv Children’s Therapy Services, a pediatric clinic with a focus on sensory integration.  At that clinic, Bethany received training in “Therapeutic Listening”, “Neuronet”, “Rhythmic Movement Training”, and “Handwriting Without Tears”.  Bethany has had a passion for dance from a young age and enjoys incorporating the art of dance into occupational therapy.  She has 6 years experience teaching tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, and musical theatre to preschool and school age children. 
Bethany relocated to Raleigh with her husband, who is attending seminary.  They enjoy spending free time traveling, playing racquetball, and trying new recipes.  Bethany also enjoys decorating projects, sewing, and gardening.  She provides services in our Raleigh office.
