Marianne Curley, COTA/L

Marianne is a certified occupational therapy assistant with 10+ years of experience.  She has worked in a variety of settings and with a variety of diagnoses.  Previously, Marianne worked for a school system in special education serving students diagnosed with learning disabilities, as well as with students labeled as severely and profoundly handicapped.  She treated children with developmental delays while working for Child Developmental Services in Maine in an inclusionary preschool.  Marianne’s experience also includes working for nine years at a day treatment facility run by Goodwill Industries for individuals with traumatic brain injury.  At Pediatric Therapy Associates she enjoys the opportunity provide services to children and young adults in various settings including The Governor Morehead School (serving students with visual impairments) and Hilltop Home (a residential facility for severely and profoundly handicapped children).  Marianne also provides therapy in the clinical setting and in the natural environment by doing home visits for children enrolled in the Early Intervention Program.
