Leeann Petrina, MOT, OTR/L

Leeann graduated from Duquesne University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.  She received a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2000, and has worked for Pediatric Therapy Associates since 2003. Leeann has experience with pediatric and adult populations in a variety of settings including a rehabilitation hospital, early intervention services, and a school and residential center for multiple handicapped children.  She has worked in pediatrics with a wide variety of diagnoses and treatment methods including sensory-integration, therapeutic listening, hippo-therapy, and aquatic programs.  Leeann has special interest and expertise in the areas of sensory integration, feeding, assistive technology, and splinting. She has completed training in the Therapeutic Listening Program, and is competent in assessing, designing, and implementing listening programs individually tailored to meet the needs of each child.  Leeann is credentialed as an Infant Toddler and Family Specialist.
