Kim Nunn, M.S., CCC-SLP

Kim graduated from North Carolina State University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders and completed her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at East Carolina University in 2005. Since graduating, Kim has worked at Pediatric Therapy Associates providing services in natural environments, in pre-schools, and in the clinic setting. She has experience evaluating and treating a variety of diagnoses in pediatrics including receptive and expressive language delays, articulation and phonology disorders, apraxia of speech, autism, Down syndrome, feeding and oral-motor dysfunction, developmental delays, and traumatic brain injury.  Kim has also completed a comprehensive training course on the Ortan-Gillingham Reading Program.  She specializes in evaluating reading and spelling difficulties and implementing the Ortan-Gillingham multi-sensory program with individual children.  Kim is certified as an Infant Toddler and Family Specialist.
