Jennifer Mahovlich, OTR/L

Jennifer received her occupational therapy degree from Quinnipiac College in Hamden, CT in 1998.  Her clinical experience involves working with infants, toddlers, and children in a variety of settings including school, office and home-based care.  Jennifer has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses, including various developmental disabilities, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, William’s syndrome, Rett syndrome, and autism.  She is skilled in evaluating and treating fine motor delays, handwriting difficulties, and sensory processing disorders.  Jennifer has particular interest in the areas of sensory integration, assistive technology, and autism.  This interest is from both a professional as well as a personal perspective, as she is the mother of a child diagnosed with autism.  Jennifer is credentialed as an Infant Toddler and Family Specialist.
