Aimee Diehl, M.A., CCC-SLP

Aimee is a certified speech-language pathologist who received both her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders as well as her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.  Before joining the PTA team, Aimee spent 4 years working in Boston, Massachusetts.  During that time, she gained experience in early intervention while serving families in the Early Childhood Program.  Aimee received a certificate in Severe Disabilities and Autism from Western Carolina University in August of 2006.  She has worked with children with a variety of different diagnoses including articulation disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, auditory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorders, cognitive delays, developmental delay, Down syndrome, expressive delays, Fragile X syndrome, neuromuscular disorders, phonologically based language disorders, and receptive delays.  Aimee also has experience working with assistive and augmentative communication.
